Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order has been dispatched or prepared for delivery, where cancellation is reasonably possible.

1. Cancellation Requests

To request cancellation, please contact Safa Marwa International as soon as possible and provide your order number and customer details.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivered to the courier, prepared for pickup, or specially prepared/procured, cancellation may no longer be possible.

2. Paid Orders

If payment has already been made and the cancellation is approved, any eligible refund will be processed through the applicable payment method.

Processing times may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.

3. Customized or Special Orders

Orders for customized, specially sourced, or specifically prepared products may not be cancellable once processing has started.

4. Cancellation by Safa Marwa International

We reserve the right to cancel an order where necessary, including due to:

• Product unavailability
• Incorrect product or pricing information
• Payment issues
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Incorrect customer information
• Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Where applicable, customers will be informed and an eligible refund will be processed.
